I have gotten GREAT results with 21 Day Fix and Fix Extreme during the past year — my soulmate programs. However, I am finding myself stuck in a comfort zone and not making much more progress with where I am right now. I am healthy, thyroid troubles are at bay, and I have maintained an ideal healthy weight all year long after losing 45 pounds last year. That alone, just maintaining, is a success! Especially with being hypothyroid, I have feared gaining the weight back and feared that maintaining a healthy lifestyle would be a struggle. But it’s not!


TIME TO PUSH MY LIMITS IN 2016!! Time to focus on strength, physically and mentally, and THIS is where I am starting at — with Hammer and Chisel for 60 days.  A HUGE factor that has gotten me results, is accountability with fitness peers. I’m hosting a group with my Team of Coaches and we will be working closely in partners and as a group, so accountability will be strong and plenty! There will be no shortage of motivation and encouragement either since we will have a Team of Coaches dedicated to helping everyone. I, myself, need a one-on-one buddy as well!!! I am looking for a few people that are serious about committing and will make no excuses for getting in a 20-35 minute workout. YES! That is all the time it takes. The workouts with this program can be done from home with a few fitness tools or on a mobile device at a gym.
